About Lawless Orthodontics

Christine has been with Lawless Orthodontics for 20 years and feels blessed to be part of such a caring team. She loves getting to know patients and watching their confidence grow throughout their orthodontic journey.
Outside the office, Christine enjoys exercising, reading, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.

Alexus Stephens serves as the Clinical Director at Lawless Orthodontics and has been a valued member of the team for eight years. One of her favorite aspects of her role is building meaningful relationships with patients and helping create confident smiles in a fun, welcoming environment. What makes the Lawless Ortho team especially meaningful to her is the supportive, close-knit culture—they truly feel like family and work together to provide every patient with the best possible experience.
Outside of the office, Alexus enjoys spending time with her family and playing with her children. She also loves watching movies and TV shows, reading, and visiting the beach whenever she has the opportunity. Alexus is grateful to be part of the Lawless Ortho family and looks forward to meeting and caring for patients each day.

Shauna has been a dedicated member of the LO team for 19 years, and she loves her team and patients! Her hobbies include working out, going to the movies, and traveling. She is a passionate fan of UK basketball, Titans Football, and LA Lakers Basketball. Shauna's favorite restaurants are any Mexican place, Subway, and Chick-fil-A. She enjoys watching scary movies and can't live without her daughter, Katelyn, and her two dogs, Bentley and Baxter. Her dream vacation would be to go to Bora Bora with her daughter.

Lab Coordinator, Amy Mitchell, has been a valued part of the team for 13 years. Amy says what she enjoys most about her role is “transforming smiles behind the scenes,” and she especially appreciates the genuine team energy, teamwork, and support that make the Lawless team so special to her.
Outside of work, Amy loves gardening and spending as much time as possible with her husband and children. She also enjoys being outdoors and surrounded by nature, appreciating the calming effect it brings to her life. Her favorite foods are any type of fried potatoes, and her favorite movies are the Avatar films—especially the first one!

Channing Proctor is a dedicated Patient Experience Coordinator who has been a valued part of the Lawless team for the past 4 years. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their smile journey and loves seeing the confidence that comes with a beautiful smile.
What makes the office especially meaningful to Channing is the genuine love and support the team shows one another every day, creating a welcoming environment for both patients and staff.
Outside of the office, Channing enjoys spending time with her son, cheering him on at basketball games — a sport they both love. She is also a fan of 90s R&B music, enjoys watching Colombiana, and can never turn down a good chicken meal. At home, she adores her sweet fur baby, Oreo, who always keeps life fun and full of love.

Tiffany York has been a friendly face helping patients begin their smile journey with excitement and confidence. Her favorite part of working here is the family environment and the opportunity to help people. “Every day feels like you are spending time with your family, and I love helping people get started. My job is literally to help people smile, and I love it.” When she’s not helping patients feel at home, you can find her kayaking, hiking, serving at her church, and most of all, spending quality time with her son. She is also a dog mom to her black German Shepherd, Echo, and believes any beach is the perfect vacation destination. Foodwise, she is happiest with Steak and Pizza (definitely not together), and she will never turn down a slice of strawberry cheesecake. If you hear someone quoting New Girl or Friends around the office, there’s a good chance it’s her.

Marketing Coordinator, Willow Greenlee, enjoys creating meaningful connections with both patients and the community while helping share the welcoming atmosphere of the practice. Willow says she loves the family environment at Lawless Orthodontics and especially appreciates how genuinely caring and supportive the entire team is toward one another and their patients.
Outside of the office, she enjoys working on house projects and gardening. Her favorite foods are crab cakes and cheesecake, and her all-time favorite TV show is Friends. She is also a proud cat mom to her two cats, Oliver and Minerva.

Rachel Holland is a Treatment Coordinator at Lawless Orthodontics. She loves the encouraging, family-like environment at the office and says Bo, the office dog, is one of the things that makes the team extra special.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, Goose and Maverick. She says being a dog mom is what she's meant for, and she loves including her pups in every part of life whenever possible. Rachel also enjoys being outdoors, staying active, and making memories with friends and family. When she’s relaxing, you can usually find her binge-watching a good TV show with an energy drink in hand!
